Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take?
We give each client up to two hours for the photo-shoot, then we review the shots together for you to select your preferred choices of pictures and formats. You will not be rushed in and out.

What shall I wear?
It’s entirely up to you! It depends on whether you want your photos to look informal or formal – we have a changing area, so don’t worry about bringing a change of clothes with you.

How much will it cost?
The session will be £25, it’s then up to you what style and budget you’re working to – we have plenty of examples of pictures and frames, so you’ll be sure to find something that suits you and your budget. If you don't like any of the images - you don't buy!

When can I come in?
We are open 7 days a week from 8.00am in the morning until 9.00pm at night, so we can work around your busy schedule.

How do I pay?
When you book a session, we ask for the £25 to be paid on booking. Once you have decided which style you like or how many pictures you’re looking for, you then pay on the day.

How quickly can I get my pictures following the photo-shoot?
We can usually turn things around for you in 1 – 5 working days, depending on what you want.

Where are you?
We are in Beeston on Wollaton Road in a converted Lace Mill – there is secure & ample parking all around, so you don’t have to worry about getting to and from us.

I’m not really sure what to do as I’ve never done this before?
Don’t worry. Our relaxed environment and skilled and friendly photographers will be there to help and guide you through the session – we’re professionals after all!
